The source of truth for a trip

Every journey leaves a clear operational record.

Capture actual travel details, kilometre readings, waiting time, tolls and supporting notes without paper trip sheets.

Why it matters

Reliable records for billing and reconciliation

Record what actually happened, not just what was booked.

Designed for everyday operator decisions, this module shares information with the wider trip-to-cash workflow instead of creating an isolated record.
